She studied at Vakalo when the school still taught that design passes through painting, photography, art history, and comes out the other side transformed into a way of life.
That education never left her. At Eutopia, Ersi doesn't simply curate spaces. She curates the experience of being hosted — from the feel of the room to how breakfast is laid out.
She believes, and proves it every season, that hospitality is not a service. It is a work of art.

The Partnership
Alexandros creates. Ersi completes.
That sounds simple — but it isn't. It's a collaboration that took years to find its rhythm.
When he dreams an idea, she thinks about what it will need to live. When he sees the beginning, she sees the maintenance. When he trusts inspiration, she brings the structure that will keep it standing.
This division is not a limitation on either. It is the architecture that made Eutopia possible. Without Alexandros, there would be no idea. Without Ersi, there would be no place where the idea can happen.

She talks about people. About the artist from New Zealand who left Kavala different from the person who arrived. About a group of people from seven countries who, on the first day, didn't speak to each other — and on the last, didn't want to leave.
About the woman in her sixties who, in ten days, found something she had lost years ago.She draws joy — and that's the word she uses, joy — from the progress of the people who pass through Eutopia. From their differences. From the moment she sees a table full of people who, outside this place, would have no reason to meet, and who now do.
At Eutopia we work every year. We reached today by learning to function as a team — after work.
