OPEN CALL ARTIST IN RESIDENCY
To whom is it addressed?
Artists, architects, writers, art historians, publishers, musicians and other creative professionals,
from all over the world, regardless of race, gender, age and orientation, with open arms
ideas and opinions, can stay and work with temporary participation in programs.

How many artists?
3 to 8 artists can participate in the programs.
The home
The residences offer conditions that favor creativity and offer their guests a welcoming atmosphere
environment.
The building is a two-story renovated house of 160 square meters on a plot of 250
square meters. It offers private space, in a 35 square meter studio with a double king size
bed, desk, free wi-fi, comfortable sofa-bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom, balcony,
outdoor furniture and modern design.
Cleaning is provided once a week with a change of bed linen and towels.
Shared sunny and bright 40 square meter workspace with large work table. In the
common space, guests can work either alone or together. This facilitates collaboration and
communication between guests favoring the exchange of thoughts, ideas and concerns
in various subjects of Art and humanity. At the same time, in the same place,
Children in the artists’ residence
The Eutopia Art Residency considers the child’s participation in the creative environment of the resident artist to be important.
Children are the future and the best investment is the education of children and we want them to be contributors to this work.
Open Exhibition
at the end of the program, you will organize a group exhibition, event, celebration, with music with guests
being citizens, fellow artists, editors and collectors. Projects created during hosting
period or works they have with them will be exhibited. For any projects sold, the proceeds from
Sales will be split 50% between the Artists and the Gallery. A representative work of his
each artist will be given to the Eutopia Art Collection.
Μember of the group Eutopia Art Residency
You will feature the artist and their work and publish in the Eutopia digital archive as a contributor.
We will help and guide the artists to explore the local society, culture, gastronomy, local
artists, painters, sculptors, ceramists, photographers and musicians in their workshops at
to get inspired and interact.
Selection
Host groups are selected by Eutopia consulting partners, based on CV
and work experience of each artist.

Obligations of the artist
Artists are invited to send documentation, CV, motivation letter and project proposal.
The Artist assumes travel expenses, purchase and food expenses, personal expenses, consumables
and any additional services.
The Artist is responsible for his own private health insurance.
